  • 1/2 small ripe avocado
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp cashew or almond milk
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • cinnamon


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until combined and smooth. 

  2. Divide the batter evenly into 9 squares of a square silicone ice cube tray.

  3. Freeze for 60 minutes.

  4. Store covered in the fridge or let thaw for a few minutes before eating if storing in the freezer.
